At Chanak By Aditi Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original Chanak tags attached to qualify for a successful processing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to send the parcel back to us.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
