How long does shipping take for my order?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within India.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and a unique AWB number to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

Are your products safe for children?

Quality is our priority. All products at Chanak By Aditi Toys are made from non-toxic, high-quality materials and undergo strict quality checks to ensure they meet safety standards.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes.
